Without overriding any Consumer Guarantees and to the extent permitted by Law, House of Slim PTY LTD does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to the supply of House of Slim PTY LTD goods and disclaims all liability in connection with any loss and/or damage arising out of or in accordance with any use of, or reliance on, www.houseofslim.com or manual.

House of Slim provides complimentary storage for a period of 14 days from order date. Subsequently, a storage fee of $50 per week per cubic meter (m3) with a minimum of 1 cubic meter rate chargeable, based on your order, will be applied. Prior to arranging Customer Collection or Courier Pick Up/Delivery, the storage fee must be settled in advance directly with House of Slim. We reserve the right to cancel your order and impose a $750 restock fee, should any storage fees not be settled and product need to be re-allocated into our network.

Please be advised that invoiced amounts, as per the Terms and Conditions outlined at the bottom of all House of Slim invoices, excludes shipping and transportation. Clients have the option to coordinate pickup from our Sydney warehouse via their preferred methods, also referred to as Click and Collect. Alternatively, House of Slim is pleased to assist in obtaining shipping quotations on behalf of clients who opt not to arrange pickup or courier services independently.

House of Slim conducts quality control (QC) with photos for all orders before pick-up and transitioning into the care of designated Freight and Installation teams. Upon leaving our Sydney Warehouse located at ACR Supply Partners, House of Slim relinquishes liability for product condition during transport or delivery. Payment for Freight invoice implies agreement to these shipping terms and acceptance of responsibility for items during transport and delivery.
