Prior to ordering your House of Slim PTY LTD product, please ensure you consider where your items will be placed in the home, and any delivery obstacles present. These can include small entry ways, staircases, etc. A return delivery charge will be applicable and the customer is liable to pay for this return shipping back to the Sydney Warehouse, should delivery not be successful due to inadequate access. All product listings include the packaging dimensions for ease of placement. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the Third Party Delivery service. All House of Slim PTY LTD products are sent with a premium White Glove Service. This White Glove Service includes: A 3 hour window the day of delivery, assembly of item (not applicable to Basin products) and packaging removal should the customer require. House of Slim PTY LTD provides up to date lead times on all Pre-order schedules. In the unfortunate event that your product is delayed outside of the stipulated delivery window, our Customer Service Representative will communicate the new lead time directly with you. Once your item is in stock, our third party shipping service will contact you directly via SMS to book in a delivery time. Once your item has shipped, your confirmation email will be sent. Stipulated times on site act as a guide only and will not be accepted for a request for refund. In the unlikely event that your product is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to sea freight/port delays, House of Slim guarantees a 10% refund commitment to thank you for your patience.
Sydney Metro orders placed before December 12th will be scheduled for a Pre-christmas delivery with our specialist delivery team, Designer Transport. Orders placed between December 13th-19th may be scheduled for a Pre-Christmas delivery based on installation team availability, however we cannot guarantee this timeline. Please contact House of Slim before ordering should you wish to confirm a Pre-Christmas delivery availability during the latter specified dates. Orders placed between December 20th - January 3rd, will be scheduled for delivery from 5th January 2023.

 

Melbourne and Brisbane Metro orders placed before December 8th will be scheduled for a Pre-christmas delivery with our specialist delivery team, Designer Transport. Orders placed between December 9th-15th may be scheduled for a Pre-Christmas delivery based on installation team availability, however we cannot guarantee this timeline. Please contact House of Slim before ordering should you wish to confirm a Pre-Christmas delivery availability during the latter specified dates. Orders placed between December 16th - January 3rd, will be scheduled for delivery from 5th January 2023.

 

While our Warehouse and Delivery Partners are closed between December 23rd - January 3rd, House of Slim Customer Service will be available should you have any questions about your order or dispatch dates.

Our online store ships to Australian Metropolitan Cities and regional areas. Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order from House of Slim PTY LTD. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at final check-out page for Metro locations, as well as some Regional locations including Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina. If you require shipping outside of these locations, please contact our Customer Service Representatives prior to ordering, who will happily assist in acquiring a custom quote for your piece. House of Slim PTY LTD delivery fees are subject to change at House of Slim PTY LTD’s discretion.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to dispatch. Product lead times do vary based on customer location and the lead time acts as a guide only.Once your item has been dispatched from our Warehouse, your confirmation email will be sent.

Designer Transport, our last mile delivery specialists will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call, to confirm your preferred delivery day. Please note, if you miss your delivery or are needing to change this within a 24 hour period, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to the full value charged by Designer Transport. If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to the full value charged by Designer Transport. This fee can range between $150 - $450 pending delivery location and size of the delivery team required (2-man v 4-man delivery). Please ensure to communicate with our Third Party Shipping service, Designer Transport should you suddenly not be available during your confirmed delivery timeslot. Please note, you must accept delivery or collect your purchased goods within 14 days of availability notification. If your order has not been accepted during a delivery timeslot, House of Slim PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel and refund your order, minus a storage and restocking fee ($500).
